All Service charge funds are held in trust accounts as per s42, Landlord and Tenant act. These accounts are fully protected by fidelity insurance.

Ground rent is payment due to your freeholder for the physical land your home is built on.

Service charges are  fees paid by property owners or tenants to cover the costs associated with the maintenance, management, and provision of services within the building or housing complex.

These charges are typically collected by the property management company or residents’ association and are used to fund various communal expenses.

Billy has just taken us through the RTM process and removed our current agent from our property. He has guided us through the whole process and been there to help every step of the way. I am very much looking forward to him and his team taking over the management of our property
