Our Journey
In 2023, Billy Hudson established WHR Property Management after a decade of experience in the industry. His primary objective was to bring about a revolution in an industry where over the years leaseholders had experienced unfair treatment.
WHR is dedicated to delivering high-quality service, without the exorbitant costs. Our priority is to preserve asset values and always act in the leaseholders’ best interest.
Our current portfolio comprises of approximately 2400 units across the UK. This milestone has been reached in a relatively short timeframe; our aspiration is to continue to expand this number.
Our Specialty
Our expertise lies in the management of residential blocks, whilst our acknowledgement that each client is unique, distinguishes us from other agents.
Although a significant portion of our current clientele consists of freeholders and developers, our future emphasis is the collaboration with RTMs (Right to Manage) and RMCs (Residents’ Management Companies). We believe these partnerships offer the foundation for the strongest relationships.
