Our Journey
In 2023, Mr. Billy Hudson established WHR Property Management after a decade of experience in the industry. His primary objective in founding this new company was to bring about a revolution in an industry where numerous leaseholders had experienced unfair treatment over the years.
WHR is dedicated to delivering high-quality service without exorbitant costs, prioritizing both the preservation of asset values and consistently acting in the best interests of leaseholders.
Presently, WHR is in charge of a portfolio comprising around 1500 units across the UK. While we have achieved this milestone in a relatively short timeframe, our aspiration is to considerably expand this number in the upcoming years.
Our Specialty
At WHR, our expertise lies in the management of residential blocks. What distinguishes us from other agents is our acknowledgment that each client is unique.
While a significant portion of our clientele consists of freeholders and developers, our main emphasis in the future is on collaborating with RTMs (Right to Manage) and RMCs (Residents’ Management Companies). We firmly believe that these partnerships offer the foundation for the strongest relationships.
